MAY MUSIC SCHEDULE

(CHICAGO, IL) – The Cubby Bear in Wrigleyville isn’t slowing down their music scene now that baseball is back!  May is full of great talent and good times, including the XRT Cinco Celebration with the FREDDY JONES BAND, the return of RATT with their new record release, Infestation, another Q101 Q-Up show featuring VIOLENT SOHO, the nationally touring Neil Diamond cover sensation, SUPER DIAMOND and rounding out the month is the rocking alternative band, TAPROOT.

The Cubby Bear continues to offer regular weekly music events including Salsa Sundays with a salsa and mambo DJ plus dancing lessons by Latin Street Dancing; Live Band Karaoke every Wednesday where participants are backed up by the band, Rock Band Karaoke, Local Music Showcase every Tuesday; and loads of local, indie bands, often doing free shows, on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.  The Cubby Bear’s memorable spring lineup scheduled for April and May is listed below.  The items in red are newly announced or updated from the previous April/May release, and there will be more shows to be announced, as well.
